Sergio García Pérez has an extensive work experience in the field of strategy, innovation, and marketing. Sergio started their career as a Social Media & Marketing Online specialist at Infocontrol in 2012. Sergio then worked as a Strategic Planner Assistant at Leo Burnett Iberia, where they provided support in research projects, brand purpose definition, and strategy and innovation workshops. Sergio later joined dommo // Connected by Culture as a Senior Strategist, where they developed creative brand and innovation strategies for various prominent brands. Sergio also took on the role of a Spotter at tw:in, TrendWatching's insight network, and a Professor at The Atomic Garden, Advertising School. Sergio has also worked as a Professor for the Bootcamp for Creative strategic planning at Miami Ad School and as a Guest Lecturer for Strategy & Innovation at UCM / UC3M / UFV. Sergio co-founded Randm and served as a Co-Founder & Strategist, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Currently, they are the Strategy Director at PS21 and the Co-Founder of Jungle.

Sergio García Pérez attended the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2018, where they completed the Creative Leadership Program. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including one in Behavioural Science for Brands from Cannes Lions School in 2020, and another in Behavioural Economics from Ogilvy Consulting, also in 2020. Sergio also received a certification in Gestion de proyectos con metodologías Ágiles y enfoques Lean from Miríadax in 2019, and one in Insights for Innovation from IDEO in 2015.
