Lucas Harrington

Lucas Harrington is a co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Mammoth Biosciences since March 2018. Lucas is also a co-founder of SciFounders since February 2021. Lucas has a background in research, with experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where their PhD research focused on discovering and engineering new versions of CRISPR. Prior to that, Lucas worked as a Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory and a Research Associate at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. Lucas received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018 and their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013.
