Eduardo Almeida

Eduardo Almeida has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. Eduardo started their career in 2015 as an iOS Developer at Movvo, where they were responsible for developing a mobile application to access coupons, offers and rewards on a mall. Eduardo also developed a mobile application to aid users navigating through a store belonging to a big shopping chain. In 2016, they began working as a Freelancer at Upwork. In 2017, they became a Lead Mobile Developer at Weissmaler GmbH, where they were responsible for the development and architecture of an internal mobile application. Eduardo also worked as a Full-Stack Developer at Fintura GmbH, where they developed a new system stack. In 2019, they joined Trainline as a Senior iOS Engineer, where they worked on the Trainline app for iOS. Eduardo also became a Line Manager and Senior iOS Engineer at YLD. In 2021, they began working as an iOS Engineer at Sword Health. Eduardo is currently employed as a Mobile Engineer III at Juni.

Eduardo Almeida obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 2012 and 2017. Eduardo has also obtained several certifications, including Maximizing Your Leadership Potential from Porto Business School in 2022, Leadership Check-in from Porto Business School in 2021, Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn in 2021, How to Give Negative Feedback to Senior Colleagues from LinkedIn in 2021, and Mental Health Aware from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2021.
