Liviu Costea

Liviu Costea has over 18 years of professional experience in software engineering. Liviu began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at SoftwareWise, where they developed e-commerce solutions. In 2003, they joined Eurodevelop as a Software Engineer, developing front and back-end betting solutions. In 2005, they were promoted to R&D Team Leader at Premium Softwares. In 2010, they joined Travel Sale as a Technical Manager and BizPro Technologies as a CTO, Development Lead, and Technical Lead. In 2017, they started working at Codeless | Slim Software Nabouwen as a Coding Architect, Wantsome as a Trainer, and Mambu as a Platform Engineer and Tech Lead - SRE. In 2021, they joined Juni as a Staff Reliability Engineer. Additionally, in 2015 they co-founded DevExperience, the first international conference where software developers from all over the world bring their real & valuable findings to the Iasi community.

Liviu Costea completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași in 2004. Prior to that, they attended A. T. Laurian High school from 1996 to 2000.
