Beth Horan is an experienced education and logistics professional with a history of impactful roles. Currently serving as the Education Coordinator at Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa since August 2020, Horan previously held positions as Accounts Receivable Manager at Homelink/The VGM Group and various logistics leadership roles at Target from 2010 to 2018. Horan's extensive logistics experience includes fostering key partnerships, leading strategic initiatives, and promoting diversity and inclusion within teams. Earlier experience as an English Language Teacher at Peet Junior High School involved active participation in leadership teams, professional development, and innovative programs to enhance student performance. Horan holds a Bachelor's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Northern Iowa.

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest and fastest-growing organization dedicated to educating young people about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Through age-appropriate curricula, Junior Achievement programs begin in kindergarten and continue through the twelfth grade, teaching kids how they can impact the world around them as individuals, workers and consumers while inspiring and preparing them to succeed in a global economy.
