Erin Kurt

Erin Kurt has a strong background in non-profit management, with extensive experience in programs and fundraising. Erin has held various leadership roles at Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of District Operations. In these positions, Erin was responsible for leading development, special events, and education departments, as well as managing the organization's database, IT services, and vendor relationships. Prior to their work at Junior Achievement, Erin served as an Education Director at Mount Mercy College and later transitioned to a role as a Senior Admission Representative.

Erin Kurt completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology & Spanish from the University of Iowa, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Mount Mercy University. Additionally, Erin obtained a certification in Nonprofit Leadership Center Management Essentials Online Connection from The Allstate Foundation in August 2020.
