Julian Parra

Julian Parra is an experienced banking executive currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Industrial Banking for California at Western Alliance Bank and a Board Member of the CSU San Marcos Foundation, Junior Achievement of San Diego County, and the County of San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce. With a substantial tenure at Bank of America spanning from 1999 to 2023, Julian held various leadership roles, including Regional Commercial Banking Executive and Global Treasury Sales Manager, where responsibilities included delivering comprehensive financial solutions and managing significant client portfolios. In addition to banking, Julian has contributed to the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation as an Immediate Past Chairman, served as Director of the Center for Advancing Global Business at San Diego State University, and held board positions with CleanTECH San Diego and World Trade Center San Diego. Julian holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
