Pana Hap has a strong background in leading and managing programs and partnerships in the non-profit sector. They have worked extensively with Junior Achievement of San Diego County, starting as the Sr. Director of Community Partnerships and then moving on to become the Associate Vice President, responsible for government affairs, advocacy, and fundraising campaigns. Prior to their role at Junior Achievement, Pana Hap worked at the YMCA of San Diego County for several years, holding various positions such as Director of Licensed Programs, Director of Academic Enrichment Programs, Director of Camp Programs (interim), Director of Childwatch & Family Programs, Coordinator of Licensed Childcare, and Site Supervisor. Pana Hap's experience at the YMCA involved program development, team management, resource connections for families, collaboration with school districts and community partners, and a focus on character development and academic support for K-8 students in underserved communities.

Additionally, Pana Hap earned a certification in Not-For-Profit Management Development Program from the Harvard Business School Club of San Diego in March 2023.
