Jen T. possesses a diverse background in digital marketing and project management with extensive volunteer leadership experience. Currently serving as the Sustainer Co Chair for the Junior League of Chicago, Jen has held various roles within the organization since 2016, including Board Member and volunteer leadership positions. As an Independent Consultant at Tabba Tech, Jen specializes in marketing operations and digital campaign management. In recent positions, Jen has excelled as a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Operations at Sphera, where recognition as Employee of the Quarter was achieved, and previously as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Rise Interactive. Jen's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Marketing and Management from Columbia College Chicago, complemented by an exchange program at National Taiwan University.

Founded in 1912 by Lucy McCormick Blair Lynn, we reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. Our 1,500 members donate 200,000 volunteer hours each year to build better, healthier communities in the Chicagoland area. Together, we empower 2,100 at-risk women and children each month through mentoring, education, advocacy and 15 on-going community projects.
