Michelle Cronin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and non-profit leadership. As Principal Strategist at Genisys Advisors, Michelle leads analysis and strategy development for mission-driven organizations. Michelle serves as President of the Board of Directors for Trellus, focusing on immigrant support, and holds roles as Treasurer and Board Member at Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods, promoting community wellbeing through nature. Additionally, Michelle has contributed to Pixquid LLC as an Advisory Board Member and has been a sustaining member of the Junior League of Chicago. Michelle’s past experience includes leadership positions at Feeding America and Teach for America, and consultancy roles with Bridge Strategy Group and Bear Stearns. Michelle is an alumna of Northwestern University.

Founded in 1912 by Lucy McCormick Blair Lynn, we reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. Our 1,500 members donate 200,000 volunteer hours each year to build better, healthier communities in the Chicagoland area. Together, we empower 2,100 at-risk women and children each month through mentoring, education, advocacy and 15 on-going community projects.
