Vice President Elect Of Training at Junior League of Denver

Winnie DuBois, APTD, serves as a Talent Development Consultant for the Colorado Library Consortium, focusing on creating diverse training and educational opportunities tailored to the needs of libraries across Colorado. Additionally, Winnie facilitates preparation sessions for APTD certification candidates through the Association for Talent Development, and holds a leadership position as Vice President Elect of Training with the Junior League of Denver, which aims to empower women and improve community conditions. Previous experience includes consulting for SR3 Engineering to enhance employee training programs, leading library operations at Arapahoe Libraries, managing events at Goldspot Brewing Company, instructing skiing at Vail Resorts, and overseeing guest services at Xanterra Travel Collection. Winnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hillsdale College.
