Carmen April-Washington, a seasoned physician and entrepreneur, is the owner and physician at The Foot And Ankle Healthcare Center, PC. The Junior League of Nashville (JLN) was founded in 1922 by a group of visionary women committed to serving the Nashville community in a volunteer capacity. Today, we have 1500 members and remain committed to developing the potential of women as leaders and grassroots volunteers. Continuing our decades-long focus on women and children, the Junior League of Nashville is focusing our volunteer efforts on literacy and human trafficking through our centennial in 2022. Mission: The Junior League of Nashville is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
