Teri O'Toole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and service development within the non-profit and government sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Projects Manager at Juniper Aged Care, Teri is involved in developing initiatives that enhance care frameworks and transition services to new government models. Prior roles include Project Manager at Anglicare WA, where Teri led several service expansions and development initiatives, and Interim General Manager at MercyCare, overseeing multicultural services and COVID response efforts. Teri's career includes leadership positions at organizations such as Ability Centre and Australian Red Cross, managing substantial budgets and teams while improving community services. Teri holds a Master's Degree in International & Community Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Plymouth, complemented by various leadership and investigations training.
