David Levy

David Levy is the Managing Director at Juniper Capital, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously, they served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, overseeing due diligence for real estate investments exceeding $2B annually and leading the expansion of the Senior Housing platform. Before that, they held the position of Project Leader at CPM Intl, managing significant construction and design projects for high-profile clients. Early in their career, they worked as a Project Architect at SCF Architects, responsible for full architectural design development on various local projects. David currently studies Architecture at Cornell University and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
