Goutam Samanta

Goutam Samanta's work experience includes holding the role of Head PV Technology at Juniper Green Energy since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at Greenko Group from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at ORANGE RENEWABLE POWER PVT LTD as Head PV Technology, where they audited multiple solar module vendors and implemented quality control measures. Goutam also held the position of Head PV Technology at ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS PVT LTD from 2014 to 2016, where they conducted technical due-diligence and audits for PV module suppliers. Furthermore, they were the Head of Engineering & Technology at MOSER BAER PHOTO VOLTAIC LTD from 2003 to 2013, where they played a key role in setting up a large-scale manufacturing facility and collaborated with international research institutes.

Goutam Samanta obtained a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Solid State Physics from the same institute, from 1982 to 1984.
