Shailesh Shekhar possesses extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Juniper Green Energy since April 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Manager - Business Development. Prior to this, Shailesh worked at BC Jindal Group as Assistant General Manager in Project Development for a brief period and held various roles in business development and project management at Juniper Green Energy, Orange Renewable Power Private Limited, and Bihar Renewable Development Agency. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Power Management from the National Power Training Institute and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharath Institute Of Science & Technology.
