Alberto Dominguez

Alberto Dominguez has over a decade of experience in M&A, corporate development, and financial strategy. Since October 2019, Alberto has served as the Head of M&A & Strategy at Juniper Group, focusing on inorganic strategy planning, deal sourcing, and integration. Prior to this role, Alberto was an Integrations Manager at Hotelbeds Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant financial integration of travel wholesalers. Alberto’s early career includes a position as Assistant Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Financial Advisory, contributing to numerous domestic and cross-border deals. Education credentials include an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from Esade and a Master in Business Taxation from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, complemented by a Licentiate degree in Economics from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
