Girish Chitkara

Girish Chitkara currently serves as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Juniper Networks, a role assumed in February 2024. Prior to this, Girish was the Chief Technology Officer at a Stealth AI EdTech Startup from November 2022 to January 2024. Between September 2021 and November 2022, Girish held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at Skyhigh Security, leading the development of Cloud Access Security Broker and Cloud Native Application Protection solutions. Girish's experience also includes roles at McAfee, where responsibilities ranged from leading engineering teams to delivering on profit and loss commitments for the Network Security business. With extensive background in engineering from Intel Corporation and earlier positions at McAfee, Intruvert Networks, VillaMontage Systems, and Nortel, Girish possesses a strong foundation in network security and software engineering. Girish has pursued advanced education at the University of California, Berkeley, in a Chief Technology Officer program, along with a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San José State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University.
