John Talesfore

Monsignor Talesfore is a fifth-generation native of San Francisco. He was ordained as a priest for the Archdiocese of San Francisco in 1989 and later earned a graduate degree from the Pontifical Liturgical Institute in Rome. Monsignor Talesfore served as director of the office of worship for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and the pastor and rector of Saint Mary’s Cathedral of San Francisco. He was also an adjunct faculty member at Saint Patrick’s Seminary and University, Menlo Park. Monsignor Talesfore is the pastor of Saint Matthew’s Catholic Church in San Mateo. Monsignor Talesfore serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
