Nihar Suthar

Nihar Suthar is an experienced product management professional currently serving as a Fractional Product Manager at Juniver since June 2024. Previously, Nihar held the position of Director of Product Management at Brightside Health from July 2021 to June 2024, where Nihar established the first product team, led the member experience, and played a pivotal role in scaling the company. Nihar also served as a mentor at First Round Capital, advising startups on product strategy and team building, and authored the narrative nonfiction book "The Hope Raisers," published in November 2022. Nihar has held significant roles at Jobcase, Inc. and Roland Berger, contributing to product vision and growth strategies in various capacities. Nihar graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management in 2016.
