Laurel Tolnick started their work experience in 2009 as an IT Web Services Intern at Campbell Soup Company. Then, they worked at the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2011, first as a Viterbi School of Engineering Student Worker and then as the Roski School of Fine Arts Administrative Assistant. In 2011, they joined Junk Food Clothing as an Assistant Merchandiser and steadily worked their way up to the positions of Associate Merchandiser, Merchandiser, and Senior Merchandiser. Finally, they became the Director of Merchandising in September 2016.
Laurel Tolnick graduated from Eastern Regional High School in 2007 with a high school degree. Laurel then attended USC Marshall School of Business from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2010, they also briefly studied at the University of Melbourne, focusing on Commerce.

Liquid Blaino Designs d/b/a Junkfood Clothing is owned by designers Natalie Grof and Blaine Halvorson. In 1998 the two began a t-shirt line with nostalgic licenses such as Twister, Candy Land, and My Little Pony. Over the past seven years, they have experienced impressive growth with their innovative designs and great sense of style.
