Lana Kadoshnikov is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience spanning from 1992 to the present. As a Shareholder at JCCS PC since September 2006, Lana focuses on cultivating long-term client relationships, guided by the principle of understanding each client's uniqueness. Prior to this role, Lana operated as an Enrolled Agent from 1994 to 2005, managing various business aspects for self-employed and small business clients. Lana's earlier roles include serving as an International Conference Logistics Assistant for the Asian-Pacific Conference on International Accounting Issues, where significant organizational and communication skills were utilized. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, complemented by participation in leadership and public speaking programs.
