Shai Hillel has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles.

Shai started their career in 2018 as an Employee at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

In 2018, they also became the Chairwoman of TAUMUN - Tel Aviv University Model United Nations, where they were responsible for managing a group of students and implementing marketing and social media strategies.

From 2018 to 2020, Shai worked as a Social Media Manager at the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Shai excelled in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and staying updated on social media trends.

In 2019, they took on the role of Marcom Assistant at PTL Group, where they showcased their skills in content writing, research, and SEO.

Shai joined the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC) in 2020 and held two positions. Firstly, as an International Trade Customer Manager, they built and maintained customer relationships, achieved sales targets, and provided exceptional customer service. Later, they became a Business Development Executive focused on the APAC region. In this role, they developed new business relationships and managed partnerships to support the organization's strategy.

Most recently, they joined Juno Journey as a Customer Success Manager, and quickly progressed to become the Customer Success Team Lead in 2022.

Shai Hillel 夏怡 obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, with a specialization in Chinese, from Tel Aviv University. This educational journey lasted from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, during the year 2018, Shai Hillel 夏怡 participated in a summer semester program focused on Chinese Studies at Renmin University of China.
