Jake Harris has extensive experience in the field of talent management and recruitment. Jake began their career as a Compliance Representative at Staffing Plus in 2013, before transitioning to the role of Recruiter. In 2016, they joined DMVG Staffing as a Recruiter, and then moved on to Juno Search Partners in 2017. At Juno Search Partners, they held various roles including Talent Associate, Talent Manager for the Accounting and Finance Division, and Divisional Director for Human Resources. Jake is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering, Operations Supply Chain and Director of National HR at Juno Search Partners. Throughout their career, Jake has demonstrated their ability to source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and build strong relationships with clients.
Jake Harris attended Moravian University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
