Juliana Carsoni

Juliana Carsoni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within major companies. As CEO of Juntos Somos Mais since September 2022, Juliana oversees a solutions ecosystem for retail and construction professionals. Prior to this, Juliana served as General Manager at Compra Agora, focusing on B2B strategies for small and medium-sized retailers, and held various senior positions at Unilever over a 17-year tenure, including Director of Channels and E-commerce. Juliana has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from FIA Fundação Instituto Administração and a Bachelor's degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, complemented by executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management and other institutions.
