Nathalie Ouchi

Nathalie Ouchi currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Juntos Somos Mais, a role undertaken since March 2023. Previously, Nathalie was the Head of Product at Descomplica from April 2021 to March 2023 and held various product management roles at Gympass between January 2019 and April 2021, including Director of Product Management. Nathalie's earlier experience includes a position as an Instructor, Mentor, and Instructional Facilitator at Tera, as well as roles at iFood, Endeavor Brasil, Hero99, Midiaweb Inteligência Interativa, and MisterApe. Nathalie's education includes an Executive Program from The London School of Economics and Political Science, multiple MBA degrees in Business Intelligence and Strategic People Management from Descomplica Faculdade Digital, and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
