Rafael Salomão

Rafael Salomão is an experienced marketing executive currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success at Juntos Somos Mais since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rafael held various leadership positions at Grupo Tigre, including Manager of Corporate Relationship and Innovation and Manager of Sustainability and Corporate Innovation, from October 2018 to November 2020. At Petróleo Ipiranga, Rafael served as Digital Solutions Manager and Retail Business Development Manager from November 2013 to September 2018, and previously held the role of Business Consultant at Cortex Intelligence and Planning Analyst at Globosat. Rafael's academic qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, executive education from Kellogg, a Master's degree from COPPEAD UFRJ, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
