Susan Rayborn-Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Susan Rayborn-Miller completed their undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from 1999 to 2001. Later, in 2010-2011, they attended Southeastern Institute and obtained a Certificate in Massage Therapy. In 2020, Susan obtained the certification of Avid Certified Support Representative for Editing (ACSR) from Avid.
