Fred Mollica

Director Of Nursing at Jupiter Medical Center

Fred Mollica, RN CHEP, has a diverse background in healthcare leadership. Fred started their career at Saint Francis Hospital in 2002, where they served as the Director of Nursing until 2005. After that, they moved to Good Samaritan Medical Center, where they assumed the role of Director of Nursing from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they joined Jupiter Medical Center as the Director of Emergency Services, and later served as the Director of Adult and Pediatric Emergency Services, Director of Outpatient Urgent Care Centers, and Director of Hospital Throughput and Obs Unit. Fred's most recent position at Jupiter Medical Center is the Director of Nursing since February 2020.

Fred Mollica obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care and General Studies from Charter Oak State College and their Associate Degree in Nursing from a Community College. Fred further pursued their education at the University of Hartford, where they completed their Master of Business Administration in the Healthcare Executive Program.
