Lane Mitnick

Lane Mitnick has over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and physician recruitment. From 2010 to 2020, they worked for Tenet Healthcare as the Director of Regional Physician Strategy & Development, where they were responsible for acquiring in-market practices and recruiting physicians for various hospitals and a multi-specialty group in Florida. In 2020, they joined Gastro Health as the Physician/Advanced Provider Recruitment Manager, overseeing the recruitment of physicians, APPs, and CRNAs for the organization. Currently, Lane is serving as the Director of Physician Alignment at Jupiter Medical Center, where they lead negotiations, offers, and integration of physicians and medical groups.

Lane Mitnick has a Bachelor of Health Administration (BHA) from Florida Atlantic University.
