Rahel Chakola

Rahel Chakola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and employee engagement. Currently serving as Chief Happiness Officer at Jupiter since December 2021, Rahel focuses on fostering a workplace where individuals can realize their full potential. Prior to this role, Rahel held various positions at PayU, including Senior Manager and Internal Communications Manager, contributing significantly to communications and organizational restructuring during a key merger.
