Our habitational program focuses on garden style apartments and condos, plus multifamily duplexes, located in all States, except California, Florida, Louisiana, Alaska, or Hawaii. The program includes a managed repair service and meets the requirements of all major finance providers. 
In additional to habitational risks, Jupiter Risk Services delivers syndicated risk transfer solutions (primary and first excess layers) to US domiciled insureds who typically have robust risk management controls in place, but key locations may have deficiencies and the absence of physical loss prevention measures that limit being classified as highly protected.
