Luca Fábián

Luca Fábián has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 with a Project Associate role at Homburger. In 2016, they worked as a Legal Intern at Nobel & Hug, and in 2017 they held Legal Intern roles at both Homburger and Lenz & Staehelin. That same year, they also worked as a Legal Consultant (Civil Service) at Sans-Papiers Anlaufstelle Zürich. In 2018, they began working as a Research Associate at Universität Zürich | University of Zurich, in both the Chair for Information and Communications Law and the Chair of Swiss, European and International Tax Law. In 2020, they became Co-Founder, Legal at Jurata.

Luca Fábián has a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Law at the same university from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they obtained a Swiss Federal Matura (eidgenössische Maturität) from AKAD College in 2010-2014, with a field of study in Biology & Chemistry. Luca also has various certifications, including Legal Document Automation with Docassemble from Udemy obtained in July 2021, IELTS Academic (overall band score: 8.0) from IELTS Official obtained in November 2018, and Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo obtained in September 2015.
