Sverre Bromander

Sverre Bromander serves as President of Juristforbundet since September 2012 and holds various leadership roles including membership in the main board and head of the state section. Since December 2021, Sverre has also been a board member at JUS - Juristenes Utdanningssenter. In addition, Sverre has been involved with Akademikerne as a committee member since January 2015. With extensive experience at Kripos as a police attorney since July 2001, and as the leader of Politijuristene from November 2006 to November 2022, Sverre has significantly contributed to the representation of police lawyers in Norway. Previous involvement with Moss Skiklubb and Forsvarskommando Nord-Norge showcases a commitment to organizational leadership and legal advisory roles. Sverre obtained a Cand Jur degree from the University of Oslo, completing studies from 1993 to 2000, after graduating from Kirkeparken VGS with an Eksamen artium in 1993.
