Chander Letulle

Chander Letulle serves as the Director of Operations at Jurupa Community Services District since November 2019, managing the Operations Division that includes water treatment, production, distribution, wastewater collections, and asset reliability. Previously held the Director of Engineering and Operations role, overseeing engineering, project management, and operations departments. As an elected board member for Division No. 2 of San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency since December 2020, Chander chairs the Finance Committee, supporting initiatives such as the Sites Reservoir project and negotiating contracts to boost water allocations. Chander's prior experience includes managerial positions at Inland Empire Utilities Agency, managing operations and maintenance for large-scale water treatment plants, and roles in wastewater management at the City of Redlands and Goleta Sanitary District. Chander holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Systems from the University of California, Riverside, and multiple degrees in Environmental Science and Water Technology.
