Sharmeen Bhojani

Sharmeen Bhojani is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in various HR roles across public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Jurupa Community Services District since September 2019, Sharmeen has also held significant positions such as Senior Management Analyst for the City of Monrovia and Manager of Human Resources for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency. In addition to managerial responsibilities, Sharmeen is a trainer for the Southern California Public Management Association, specializing in IPMA-HR certification training for public sector HR professionals. With a Master's degree in Public Administration focused on HR Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine, Sharmeen brings a strong educational foundation to a comprehensive career in HR strategy, labor relations, and organizational leadership.
