Abin Varghese

Abin Varghese has had a varied career in sales and marketing. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Commercial Assistant at Royal Enfield, where they maintained visual merchandising standards, managed point-of-sale processes, and coordinated internal marketing and organization culture. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at BEAUTYSTREAMS, where they held two roles: Sales Operations Manager and Marketing & Sales Manager. As Sales Operations Manager, they optimized the sales process to increase productivity and improve CRM usage and compliances. As Marketing & Sales Manager, they evaluated the Indian market, advised key prospects, and conducted sales during international B2B beauty trade shows. Currently, they are working as a Sales Operations Manager at Jus Mundi, where they manage and optimizes the team's CRM, designs and implements processes to increase sales productivity and efficiency, and trains and onboard new team members.

Abin Varghese completed a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Christ University, Bangalore between 2010 and 2013. Abin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Luxury and Brand Management from Rennes School of Business between 2018 and 2020.
