Yoleth Lainez has a varied and extensive work experience, beginning in 2012 as In-House Counsel at Honduran Ministry of Finances and Cementos S.A. (CESA). In 2016, they began working as a Legal Trainee at Vovan & Associés, and also began their PhD at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). In 2020, they became a Court Reporter at Oxford University Press. In 2021, they took on the role of University Lecturer at IHEI Institut des hautes études internationales, and also became a Chargé de TD at University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2022, they began working as a Teaching Assistant at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Content Analyst at Jus Mundi, as well as a Legal Trainee at Honlet Legum Arbitration.
Yoleth Lainez has a diverse educational background. Yoleth obtained a Diplôme d'Avocat from Universidad Católica de Honduras 'Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz' between 2006 and 2010, followed by a Master of Laws - LLM from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana between 2010 and 2012. Yoleth then earned a Diplôme Supérieur d'Université in Droit international public from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) between 2014 and 2015, and a Master 2 (M2) in Droit international Public from the same university between 2015 and 2016. In 2018, they were admitted to the French Bar from Ecole de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris. Yoleth is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Droit international economique from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) since 2016.
