Marina Barreto

Marina Barreto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Group Product Manager for Data Collection at Jusbrasil, Marina drives the expansion of legal digital assets and oversees a team of six squads. Previously, as COO and Product Lead at Homer - Parcerias Imobiliárias, Marina structured the product organization and defined product vision and strategy while managing ten direct reports. As a co-founder of Arbyte, Marina focused on transforming low-income students into software engineers and implemented a learning management system. Additional roles include Product Manager and Project Manager at Vereda Educação, Product Specialist and Financial Planning Analyst at Avante.com.vc, co-founder of Liga de Mercado Financeiro - São Carlos, and various internships in equity research and strategy. Marina holds a Bachelor of Engineering from UFSCar and has participated in programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Stanford University.
