Ilja Tiessen

Ilja Tiessen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2010 to 2013, they completed an apprenticeship as an Immobilienkaufmann at FIBAV Immobilien GmbH. Ilja then worked as an Immobilienkaufmann at Martin Töllner Immobilienbewertung from 2013 to 2014. In 2016, they became a Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter at A & G Fahrschul-Akademie GmbH and held the position until 2019. During that time, from 2019 to 2023, they also served as an Account Manager Permanent IT at Hays. In 2019, they joined IJT Personalberatung as a Recruiting Spezialist Direktvermittlung until 2023. Ilja then worked as a Personalberater at CAPERA GmbH & Co. KG from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Juskys Gruppe GmbH, starting in 2023.

Ilja Tiessen attended Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Handelsbetriebslehre.
