Carl Nagy-Koechlin

Carl Nagy-Koechlin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in community development and housing management. Currently, Carl serves as the Executive Director at Just-A-Start Corporation since July 2019. Prior leadership roles include Executive Director positions at HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS INC and Fenway Community Development Corporation, along with a Director of Housing Development position at Somerville Community Corporation. Carl's career in housing began at Commonwealth Land Trust and Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, and earlier involvement as a Community Organizer at MASSACHUSETTS SENIOR ACTION COUNCIL INC highlights a commitment to community advocacy.
