Eric Baum

Eric Baum currently serves as the Research and Development Manager at Just Born, Inc. since October 2025, following a significant tenure at Giorgio Foods Inc. from June 2017 to October 2025, where positions included R&D/Consumer Affairs/Regulatory Labeling Review Senior Manager and Senior Research and Development Manager. Prior to this, Eric Baum spent over 14 years at Just Born, Inc. in various roles, including Research and Development Senior Scientist, where successful management of new marshmallow products was achieved, and Research and Development Lead Scientist, focusing on technical service and consumer testing. Earlier career experience includes a role at Kraft Heinz as Production Line Supervisor and HACCP Compliance Coordinator.
