Mausam Jamwal

Mausam Jamwal is a Community-Engaged Planning Manager at the Just Cities Institute, focusing on project management and community engagement for the East Oakland Emissions Reduction Plan. With a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, Mausam has prior experience as a Graduate Student Instructor and researcher analyzing Transferable Development Rights in Mumbai. Additional roles include an internship with the San Francisco Planning Department, contributing to public-facing documents for better accessibility, and a Writing and Editorial Assistant position at the California Institute for Energy and Environment. Mausam has also worked as a Content Editor and Writer at Oneistox, served as a lead junior architect for the Pedestrianization of Chandni Chowk, and gained experience in policy and planning through positions at Development Alternatives and Integral Designs International Studio.
