Our Killarney Gardens-based facility is purpose-built for high-performance fabrication, featuring:
•	1000m² indoor workshop with a 3-ton overhead crane
•	1500m² outdoor yard with a 10-ton gantry crane (9m under hook), ideal for trial assemblies
We offer advanced capabilities in:
•	CNC plasma and flame cutting (up to 200mm steel)
•	Sheet metal rolling, cutting, and bending
•	Welding of stainless, mild steel, wear, and Lloyds' plate
Our CAD department uses the latest AutoCAD and Inventor software for accurate 3D modeling, layout, and plate nesting—supporting efficient workflows and detailed designs.
With the ability to process up to 80 tons of steel monthly, a dedicated team of 50, and access to a broad network of skilled artisans, we are well-equipped for both custom builds and large-scale industrial projects.
From concept to completion, quality control and compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards are embedded into everything we do.
 We have recently extended our footprint by opening a branch in Randvaal and the Cape Harbor with floor space of 1500m² and 300m² respectively.
