Shin Hye Gutierrez

Shin Hye Gutierrez is a Principal Automation Engineer at Just - Evotec Biologics. Previously, she held roles such as Lead Automation Engineer at Samsung Biologics, where she was involved in evaluating MES requirements, overseeing RFQ and URS, leading standardization of MBRs, and developing workflows with Emerson Syncade MES product. Prior to that, she worked at Genentech as an Automation Engineer II in various frontline technology teams, where she led automation process design, validation activities, and provided training and mentorship to other engineers. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
