Jessica Troiano

Jessica Troiano serves as General Counsel at Just Global since January 2022, following a role as Senior Counsel at PJM Interconnection where responsibilities included in-house commercial, credit, finance, and risk legal matters. Prior to that, Jessica Troiano held the position of Senior Manager, Contracts at ICF, focusing on negotiating and drafting various contracts across multiple sectors. Early in the career, Jessica Troiano gained litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, where a notable achievement included first-chairing a multi-day federal jury trial. Jessica Troiano's education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Native American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
