Veli Aghdiran

Veli Aghdiran serves as the SVP, Global Head of People Experience at Just Global, Inc. since April 2023, leading global People Operations and People Enablement for the B2B agency. Prior to this role, Veli held various senior positions at EssenceMediacom UK and Essence, contributing to significant changes during mergers, developing learning strategies, and driving global initiatives. Experience includes leading the Talent Development team at Essence, significant roles at GroupM, and founding consultancy businesses. Veli holds an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Veli is currently a Trustee at Outside Thinkers.
