Alicja Janiak

Alicja Janiak has a diverse work experience in business development and account management roles. Alicja is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Just Join IT, where they focus on winning new business customers, achieving sales targets, and developing long-term relationships with clients. Alicja also conducts business meetings and presents recruitment solutions. Prior to this, they held the same role at RocketJobs.pl and Hello HR in the year 2022.

Previously, Alicja worked at HDF Software Sp. z o.o. from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Copywriter and later becoming a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, they conducted business meetings, presented software and hardware, identified customer needs, proposed IT solutions, and created sales offers.

Alicja also worked as an Account Manager at Collegium Wratislaviense from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for sales of educational products, increasing sales, building relationships with clients in the education sector, acquiring new customers, preparing offers and tender documents, negotiating commercial conditions, and handling necessary documentation. Alicja also cooperated with a team of trainers and consultants, updated information on the website and in social media.

Alicja Janiak pursued their higher education at two different institutions. From 2012 to 2015, they attended the University of Wroclaw, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Psychopedagogy (Lic.). Subsequently, from 2015 to 2019, they attended Uniwersytet SWPS and obtained a Master's degree in Business Psychology (Magister psychologii (Mgr)). Their academic focus at Uniwersytet SWPS was in the field of Business Psychology.
