The Compliance and Training team at Just Mortgages is responsible for ensuring that all Mortgage & Protection Advisers adhere to regulatory standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority. They provide comprehensive training programs for new recruits and continuous professional development for existing advisers. This team ensures that advisers are not only compliant but also proficient in their roles, enhancing the overall quality of service provided to clients. The team includes roles such as Learning and Development Consultants, Training Managers, Compliance Officers, and Regional Compliance Managers, focusing on both employed and self-employed divisions.
