Charlie Assam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Assistant to the Club Vice-President at SINERGIA DEPORTIVA, where they conducted player research, statistical research, and scouting. They then worked as a Sales Executive at Moreno International and as a Radio Co-Host at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

In 2014, Assam joined Punto Critico as a Sports Writer and also took on the role of Public Relations and Commercial Director at Arrendadora Berim del Norte. In this position, they were responsible for sales, corporate image renewal, personnel management, and public relations.

Assam later transitioned to Be The Match as a Regional Account Manager, focusing on registry growth and development. After their tenure, they joined SB Nation as a Content Writer for FMF State of Mind.
